Louis Kahn, a renown architect in the 1930s-1970's, explored the relationship between natural light and space. His work served as an inspiration for the Nonoo Fall 2014 collection.  Designer Misha Nonoo used interwoven knits, leathers, and weightless "honeycomb" mesh to design pieces that echoed Kahns architecture with their ability to incorporate light and airiness while maintaining form and function.
