Somarta designer Tamae Hirokawa is beloved throughout the world for her delicate yet elaborate knits and patterned leg-wear. For the Fall 2014 collection these elements were everywhere and were perfectly accentuated by draped coats and skirts that ran the gamut between slim and flare.
