Rain all week and cooler temperatures this weekend can mean only one thing: it's finally Fall in the San Francisco Bay Area and with Fall comes Fall sales. Stocking up on sweaters, coats and loads of layers never felt better.  This weekend we'll be getting in the Fall shopping mood at these events:

Friday through Sunday

h.Naoto Grand Opening Event at New People World

It's no secret that the SW editorial team has been smitten with the work of Japanese avant garde designer and leader in the world of Lolita fashion, h.Naoto. Now is your chance to discover what all the fuss is about as the first ever U.S. Flagship store opens at New People World in Japan Town.

All three days of the event the schedule is as follows:

12:00pm – 6:00pm h.NAOTO Boutique Grand Opening with a special appearance by the designer h. Naoto himself.

2:00-4:00pm 2nd Floor - h.NAOTO Shop 3rd Floor - h.NAOTO Historical Gallery Exhibition

6:00pm – 8:00pm -  h.NAOTO Fashion Party (for VIP customers and press only)

Saturday and Sunday:

Home grown, and deliciously designed clothing line Curator will be bringing in the new season with a gorgeous array of lust-worthy sweaters and coats. Check out the newest pieces from the Fall 2011 collection on the shelves at their Noe Valley shop or online here

Sunday Only

SF Indie Mart,  San Francisco's most popular indie/artisan/design/craft extravaganza is back for one last outdoor party before they take it inside for the season. Live music, BBQ, and tons of local artisan vendors will be on hand around Thee Parkside and all the way down Wisconsin from 12-7PM. Admission is on a $3-$5 sliding scale, all proceeds go towards Indie Mart Founder Kelly Malone's medical bills and her ongoing fight against cancer. For more information on the event check out the official event homepage.
