clean bright whites at Gucci Spring 2010 RTW/ AP Photo: Luca BrunoA huge weekend in Milan, saw several of the most prestigious houses take the runway including:
Socialite favorite Etro produced a boho fantasy with flowing peasant blouses, light as air dresses and filmy pants in a plethora of flattering floral prints. Full slide show here.
Still on a western kick, but this time with a touch of Spanish dancer, Dolce and Gabbana kicked off their signature show with high wasted black riding pants, lacy dresses and tassels on everything. Full slide show here.
Uncle Karl traded in his hard edge for softer colors(although blacks and oranges make a few cameo appearances) filmy fabrics and soft draping at Fendi. Full slide show here.
Bright whites and sleek blacks that harkened back to the glory days ( when Tom Ford was at the helm) took the stage at the famously sexy Gucci show, while out of place prints (native American inspired?) through the view slightly off kilter. Full slide show here.
Burning man beauties with an Italian twist rocked the runway at Missoni, where vintage jewelry and hair was in stark contrast to the clothes, and few knits were a refreshing change. Full slide show here.
